Details:

Your package includes 20 1.5” plant plugs featuring 6-7 varieties of annual cut flowers that bloom from summer through early fall. These sun-loving beauties need full or nearly full sunlight to thrive. While our selection typically mirrors last year's popular varieties (listed below), we may substitute based on growing conditions-growers choice. Rest assured - every plug is carefully chosen to give you a stunning flower display & our customers love them!

Add on 3 dahlia tubers to round out your annual garden this year for enjoyment or cutting!

Get the exact premium cut flower varieties we grow in our fields - not your typical garden center finds! After 10 years of testing countless varieties, we've selected these easy-to-grow winners that include specialty zinnias in peachy roses (not ordinary purple & orange!) and exquisite lisianthus in double apricot, white, and lavender hues-some available for the first time in the US this year.

These carefully chosen varieties are timed to bloom together, giving you 6-10 weeks of flowers perfect for cutting. While they start small, these professionally grown plugs will flourish into stunning blooms starting in July if planted immediately.

Want to enhance your cutting garden? Add three mixed dahlia tubers from our field collection - they'll join the show in August for spectacular bouquets.

Could you order seeds and starts plants yourselves? Of course! But you don’t start these from seeds, we do that for you, the same way we do most of our plants for the farm, and we treat them as our babies until they get into your hands. They will be mature rooted plugs, ready to plant and grow.

Do I get instructions?

Your kit includes detailed growing instructions that have helped many first-time growers succeed. These flowers are surprisingly easy to grow!

Pick up your collection in mid-late May and plant within a week for optimal results. We'll email you when they're ready - that's your cue to prepare your garden bed.

What size of space do I need and how many flowers will I get?

Don't let "20 plants" intimidate you! These starter plugs (about 2" each) need just a 5x7' garden space. You'll receive 2-3 plants of each variety, plus 6 lisianthus (3 each of 2 types). Flower yields vary - expect 5-10 blooms per zinnia and 2-3 stems per lisianthus plant. Want flowers for both garden display and cutting? Consider ordering two collections.

Don’t forget you can add the dahlia tubers in to make your bouquets really special.

HOW TO PURCHASE:

Select your # of collections you are purchasing below and then your pickup location during the checkout process. Only listed options are KSQ and On Farm for 2025.

You'll receive a basic confirmation email for your purchase; and then an email from to confirm the dates for later May pickup once we get closer to being ready with the plants.
